Ravi Bhushan Singh

Ravi Bhushan Singh has an experience of 16 years in the energy and automation industry. He graduated as Electrical, and Electronics engineer and started his career as a design engineer in the R&D at Schneider Electric. In 2012 he completed his Executive leadership and management program from Kenan-Flagler business school, University of North Carolina and moved to strategy and sustainability wherein he held several roles and responsibilities at Schneider Electric.

Bo Chankoulika

Dr. Bo Chankoulika is Director of Policy Department, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia. She leads and manages educational research projects and turns research results to inform education policies and strategies. Following the TES Summit, she has led several policy dialogues among different actors and have provided advice on Transforming Cambodia Education and currently she is leading the development process of Cambodia Digital Education Strategy for Schools.

Anju Sharma

Dr. Anju Sharma is a member of the prestigious lndian Administrative Service and has been serving in the Government at senior leadership positions for more than 30 years.

She currently holds the Office of Labour, Skill Development and Employment (LSD&ED) Government of Gujarat, as Additional chief secretary. She has done her MBA in Marketing & Finance and Masters in lnternational Development Policy from Ouke University, USA.

G.A.S Ginigaddara

Prof. (Mrs.). G.A.S. Ginigaddara is serving as the Professor in Agricultural Systems of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. She prioritizes her teaching, research, and community services in sustainable agriculture, household food security, small-scale agriculture, and ecological and climate-smart agriculture. She has over 21 years of working experience in the Sri Lankan University system. She is the present and the first lady Vice Chancellor of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.

Ojat Darojat

“Pak Ojat”, as his friends and colleagues in Indonesia Open University or Universitas Terbuka (UT) refer to Prof. Ojat Darojat, M.Bus., Ph.D., is a simple and down-to-earth person, who is currently serving the Rector of Indonesian Open University or Universitas Terbuka. Upon his inauguration on 26 July 2017, he has officially led Universitas Terbuka (UT) until today.

Jekuk Chang

Prof. Dr. Jekuk Chang has been President of Korea’s Dongseo University since 2013. This University maintains close ties with Lithuania and actively cooperates with Mykolas Romeris University. The two universities have implemented a joint Bachelor’s Degree studies programme and also have established the first King Sejong Institute in the Baltic countries, where it is possible to study Korean and to become more closely acquainted with Korea’s culture and traditions.

Tirso Ronquillo

Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo is an academic leader and manager, an established researcher, an innovator, an advocate of disaster risk management, an ASEAN engineer, and a full-fledged professor.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and Doctorate degree in Management, Dr. Ronquillo was appointed President of Batangas State University in July 2014, and was uninamously reappointed for a second term in 2018.

A. Lin Goodwin

A. Lin Goodwin (葛文林) is the Thomas More Brennan Chair of Education at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Prior to joining Boston College, she was Dean of the Faculty(School) of Education at the University of Hong Kong (2017-2022) and Vice Dean at Teachers College, Columbia University (TCCU) in New York (2011-2017), where she also held the Evenden Foundation Chair in Education.
