Leotes Lugo Helin

Leotes has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Education, including 10+ years working with UNICEF Regional Offices, and Country Offices as Chief of Education and with UNESCO Institute of Statistics/UNESCO Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau in Bangkok. Leotes brings strong expertise in the areas of education, digital learning, early childhood development (ECD), M&E, communications, knowledge management, partnerships building, education sector planning and coordination, systems building, and capacity development support to countries.

Jianfeng Hu

HU JIANFENG (胡劍鋒) joined the Group in 2002. He is currently vice president for operation and is responsible for the operations of the Group. Dr. Hu is a professor and supervisor for Master’s research students. Dr. Hu has over 20 years’ experience in higher education. His prior appointments include Dean, Director of Teaching Affairs, Director of Education Quality, Director of Research, and Vice President of a university in the Group.

Quang Minh Dam

Quang Minh Dam is Chairman of the K-12 School System Division, responsible for strategic planning and development of EQuest’s K-12 schools system nationwide. Joining EQuest since 2016, Dr. Minh Dam has served as President of Phu Xuan University, a member of EQuest’s College & University System. Before he was the President of Thanh Tay University and FPT University. He was also one of the leaders who plays a key role in the development of FPT High School and FPT College. Dr. Minh Dam is known as a leading expert in restructuring and innovation in higher education.

Dinesh Arora

Dr Dinesh is a medical doctor with specialisation in public health and economics and is currently the Principal Health Specialist of the Health Sectors Group of the Asian Development Bank. He has over 20 years of experience leading transformational public sector projects in South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. He worked very closely with Medical Council of India which is the apex organization regulating medical education in India.

Sana Kazmi

Sana works on mobilising diverse stakeholders for STEM/STEAM outreach to government schools; and on providing technical assistance on STEAM to the Sindh Province’s School Education Department. In the past, she has worked on government school reform, establishing school enrichment programs (e.g. in art & environmental activism) and on policy advocacy for school governance and child protection. In an earlier life she worked as a technology consultant and studied computer science at MIT.
