Rika Yorozu

Rika Yorozu has experienced education and development specialist with a demonstrated history of working in developing countries context. She is skilled in gender-responsive programming, education and learning for sustainable development, participatory programme design and evaluation. She also effectively networks and build alliances with government and civil society partners and has strong and ethical professional with an MA in International Development Economics from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo, Japan.

Prof. Wim van den Doel

Wim van den Doel has been professor of Contemporary History at Leiden University since 2003. From 2007 to 2016 he was Dean of the faculty of Humanities of Leiden University. From 2017 to 2020 he was member of the Executive Board of the Netherlands Organizations for Scientific Research (NWO). Since February 2020 he has been dean of the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Universities Alliance.

Dimple Quyn

Dimple has recently worked on an innovative degree Energy Engineering to address the need for workers in energy transition and created curricula on resources and the circular economy. She sponsors a working group on embedding UN Sustainable Development Goals into the science and engineering curriculum , and represented Curtin University on a government-led Roundtable on Clean Energy in Australia.

Zohaib Mushtaq

Mr. Zohaib Mushtaq is a civil servant from the Pakistan Administrative Service. He is currently working as Project Director of ADB funded Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project which intends to uplift the TVET Sector by addressing the quality and relevance of TVET in priority economic sectors, increasing equitable access to TVET and strengthening of the TVET sector institutional framework. 

Kelly Sims Gallagher

Kelly Sims Gallagher is Dean, ad interim and Professor of Energy and Environmental Policy at The Fletcher School, Tufts University. She directs the Climate Policy Lab and the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy at Fletcher. She served in the second term of Obama Administration as a Senior Policy Advisor in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and as Senior China Advisor in the Special Envoy for Climate Change office at the U.S. State Department.

Lamei Luo

Ms Lamei graduated from South West University in 2015 and got a Doctor’s degree in Educational Management, and graduated from University of Sheffield in 2017 and got a Masters’ degree in Educational Policies and Practice. Currently she is engaged in research on education internationalization, education policies, and education management, published more than twenty academic papers.

Taufan Marhaendrajana

Professor Ir. Taufan Marhaendrajana is the head of Science Techno Park of the Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) and has held various progressive leadership positions in ITB over the years. He obtained his PhD degree from Texas A&M University majoring in the oil and gas field discipline and has in the recent year pivoted to renewable energies aligned with decarbonization initiatives and research carried out by the university. He has more than 8 intellectual property rights filed and has more than 38 publications on his research. 

Lay Phallin

Ms. Lay is deputy director general of DGTVET, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training in Cambodia. Ms. Lay oversees the TVET development policy and strategy and guides to operationalize the TVET policies. Ms. Lay has been a key government counterpart staff of the ADB-financed Skills for Competitiveness project since 2019. She holds a Master of Education in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Cambodia; and an M.A. in Global TVET Management from KOREATECH, Republic of Korea.
