A. Lin Goodwin (葛文林) is the Thomas More Brennan Chair of Education at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Prior to joining Boston College, she was Dean of the Faculty(School) of Education at the University of Hong Kong (2017-2022) and Vice Dean at Teachers College, Columbia University (TCCU) in New York (2011-2017), where she also held the Evenden Foundation Chair in Education.

Ms. Adelaida Roman is a Senior Programme Specialist and the Head of Air and Atmospheric Pollution Cluster at the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific, Asian Institute of Technology. She coordinates the activities of the "Malé Declaration on Control and Prevention of Air Pollution and Its Likely Transboundary Effects for South Asia", an intergovernmental network dealing with transboundary air pollution in eight countries of South Asia, as well as the Project “Sustainable Low Emissions Transport”.

Dr Ahu Meryem Erdogan started her career as an assistant social policy expert at the Prime Ministry of Türkiye in 2006, and continued to work as an expert upon the acceptance of her specialization thesis. After 5 years of work, she worked as a planning expert at the Ministry of Development of Türkiye in determining the campus infrastructure and superstructure investment projects of state universities and allocating funds.

Aiko Kikkawa is Economist at ADB’s Economic Research and Cooperation Department. Her research portfolio covers international migration and remittances, aging and demographic change, and economic analyses of ADB projects. She was the lead author of the Asian Economic Integration Report 2019/2020 theme chapter titled “Demographic Change, Productivity and the Role of Technology”. She obtained her PhD in development economics from the National Graduate Institute of Policy Studies in Japan and a master’s degree in forced migration from the University of Oxford.
Aikynai Yusupova is a Reading Specialist for USAID “Okuu Keremet!” Project of RTI International. She graduated from the Kyrgyz State University in Kyrgyzstan with a diploma of an English teacher. She has experience teaching in primary and secondary schools for about 24 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Teacher Education (The Aga Khan University, Pakistan, Karachi). She enjoys using her skills and knowledge to contribute to teachers’ professional development.
