Prior to joining ADB in 2009, Atsushi Kaneko was Director and Chief Representative at the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Chief Representative at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, and Engineer at Pacific Consultants International.

Marco Leidel works as an expert for environmental and social due diligence for projects of the KfW development bank and the KfW IPEX Bank.

As part of ADB's Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department (PPFD), Stephane Bessadi strategically supports infrastructure project design and procurement in Asia and the Pacific, focusing on sustainability, operations and maintenance, and low carbon technologies. He is based in the ADB resident mission in India, New Delhi. Stephane also leads on innovative water and wastewater practices and technologies from the water service industry.

Alain Morel is a Principal Urban Development Specialist and Project Administration Unit Head with the ADB Water and Urban Development Sector Group, with over 33 years of experience in project design, management, and implementation. He previously served as the Philippines Country Operations Head for ADB, overseeing projects and coordinating with government agencies, and has held roles in procurement and consulting services within ADB.

Callum Peck has been with GRUNDFOS since 2016. Previously, he worked at Xylem Inc. and at Blakers Pump Engineers.

Keisy Tarakabu has a degree in Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. Ms. Tarakabu’s current role is that of Coastal Engineer for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy (MISE) in Tarawa, Kiribati. Ms. Tarakabu was recently appointed as a Fellow to participate in the Pacific Fellows Program sponsored by the Asian Development Bank.

He left his position in ADB in March 2021.
