Jigisha Jaiswal

Jigisha is an engineer planner with more than six years of experience in the WASH sector. She is a Senior Research Associate at Center for Water and Sanitation (CWAS), CEPT University, India. She supports urban sanitation related activities at state level and city level. She has worked on projects focusing on sustainable urban water management and water security. She also works on state government and local government level finances. She is a civil engineer and has done her post-graduation in Urban Planning from CEPT University.

Suparana Katyaini

Suparana is an Assistant Professor in the School of Livelihoods and Development at TISS Hyderabad campus. She is engaged in teaching interdisciplinary courses on climate change, conservation and development.

Prior to being associated with TISS Hyderabad, she was engaged in research on environmental and developmental issues in India with The Energy and Resources Institute, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, and IIT Delhi, and International RiverFoundation.

Yumiko Yasuda

Dr. Yasuda is a Senior network & transboundary water cooperation specialist at Global Water Partnership. She supports GWP’s operations in Asia region, and also leads GWP’s thematic work on transboundary water. She is the lead faculty of the Massive Open Online Course on Governance Transboundary Freshwater Security (hosted by SDG academy), designed and directed the production of the course.
