Youngho Kim

Youngho Kim graduated from Seoul National University’s undergraduate and graduate school and received his PhD at Muenchen University of Technology in 2002. Since he joined the Korea Transport Institute in 2005, he has been involved in numerous research projects to develop advanced transport technologies and transport policy.

Rajeev Malagi

Rajeev is a Program Manager with the Urban Development and Accessibility team at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. The centre founded in 2014 combines the strength of WRI’s EMBARQ network for sustainable transport with the Institute’s expertise in energy & climate, adaptation, water, and governance aspires to deliver the goal of sustainable cities. His work focusses on Transit Oriented Development projects to create safe access and better living and walking environments around transit nodes.

Salvador Tan

Salvador Tan is an architect and urban planner with Ayala Land, Inc. He was involved in the planning, design and implementation of the pedestrian walkway network in the Makati business district as well as in the master-planning of several business districts, shopping centers, residential buildings, among others. He has certifications from the American Institute of Certified Planners, United Architects of the Philippines, and the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners.

Lara Arjan

Lara Arjan is an Urban Planner with over 20 years of experience in program design, management, monitoring and evaluation. Lara holds two master’s degrees, one in Environmental Sciences and one in Urban and Regional Planning and Development. She has worked with national, multilateral, local governments, the private sector and NGOs. Prior to joining ADB, Lara worked as a Senior Urban Planner for the City of Edmonton, Canada.

Richard Liu

Richard is an international executive and urban planner with 20 years of experience in China, the US, and Europe. Richard brings a deep knowledge of transport to ITDP, having worked with ITDP since 2013 in his former role at the Oak Foundation. In that role, he developed, monitored, and provided strategic direction for a grant making pipeline and portfolio on climate mitigation in developing nations. Previously, he was a specialist with the Natural Resources Defense Council in Beijing, and a principal consultant to the American Planning Association.
