Pamli Deka

Pamli leads the energy access work in WRI India, where she works with governments, investors, technology providers, and development institutions to improve access to reliable, affordable, and sustainable sources of electricity. She started her career as an oilfield engineer with Schlumberger and went on to consult for BCG and Shell. Prior to WRI India, she was mentoring clean energy enterprises in India, helping them scale up and seek investments. And also covered clean energy companies listed on LSE as an equity analyst.

Rajeev Malagi

Rajeev is a Program Manager with the Urban Development and Accessibility team at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. The centre founded in 2014 combines the strength of WRI’s EMBARQ network for sustainable transport with the Institute’s expertise in energy & climate, adaptation, water, and governance aspires to deliver the goal of sustainable cities. His work focusses on Transit Oriented Development projects to create safe access and better living and walking environments around transit nodes.
