Antonio Ressano-Garcia is currently Principal Urban Development Specialist for South East Asia. He holds postgraduate degrees in International Law and Legal Studies from The University of Edinburgh and in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Cambridge.

Maria Paniagua is an urban planner with extensive work experience in managing investment and sector research projects for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. She has a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Ms. Priyanka Sood is the Principal Private Sector Development Specialist in ADB's Central and West Asia Department (CWRD). She has worked with governments in 7 out of the 10 countries covered by the department and has recently returned to Manila after 3.25 years outposting to Uzbekistan Resident Mission. 

Brita works on building sustainability strategies in private and public sector organizations, both within the Nordic countries as well as in South Asia. Her area of specialization is climate risk &resilience. Based in Norway and Sweden, Brita holds an MSc in Development Management from UN Universities UIA and the University of Ruhuna and is a trained Climate Reality Leader.

Steven supports developing countries across Asia and the Pacific build climate and disaster resilience, recover from disasters, and find solutions to better reduce and manage disaster risk. Prior to joining the Asian Development Bank, Steven worked for over a decade at the United Nations, both in the field with the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and at headquarters in New York with the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). He holds a master’s degree in peace and conflict studies from the University of Sydney, and a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies and political science.
