Yidan Luo

Yidan Luo has over ten years of professional experience in infrastructure development. She joined ADB as a Young Professional (YP) in July 2020, initially with the transport sector in the Southeast Asia Regional Department. In 2022, Yidan moved to OPPP, where she works as a YP focused on the transport, urban, and energy sectors.

Before joining ADB, Yidan worked as a consultant for both the public and private sectors and was involved in various infrastructure projects (urban, transport, and water) in Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia.  

Ichiro Aoki

Ichiro Aoki is the manager of a trust fund called Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F) out of ADB’s Office of Public-Private Partnership (OPPP). Through AP3F, he offers technical assistance to the governments of ADB’s Developing Member Countries for them to establish a PPP-enabling environment and structure commercially feasible PPP projects. Ichiro is administering over 66 technical assistance projects in 22 countries in the region.

Hussain Haider

Hussain has over 20 years of working experience out of which he spent 8 years working in Pacific developing member countries of ADB. As a member of Pacific Transport Sector team, his responsibilities are to lead policies and strategies and design, and manage projects to support sustainable transportation in Pacific. Hussain is an engineer by profession with keen interest in sustainable and environment friendly transport solutions. He is a keen golfer and living in Manila with his wife and two sons.
