Rehana Riyawala is associated with SEWA since 2001. Currently she is the CEO of Grass Root Trading Network for Women (GTNfW), a green livelihood company promoted by SEWA. She was Vice President of SEWA from  January, 2015 to February 2024 and former Secretary of SEWA from January 2012 – December 2014.

Oleksiy (Alex) Ivaschenko is a versatile development economist with 20 years of full-time work experience at the World Bank, UN and ADB with a focus on operations and analytical work related to social protection and labor, poverty analysis, migration, disaster risk management and impact evaluations.

Deepa Ahluwalia is the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) focal point at the ADB India Resident Mission. She is involved in the coordination, management, and operations of projects and programs for effective implementation of gender/GESI mainstreaming strategies in ADB operations in India for accelerating progress in gender equality. She has an MPhil and PhD in social sciences from the Centre for the Study of Regional Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

Louise works on social dimensions of Just Transition at ADB. Originally trained as a lawyer she has national and international experience drafting labor laws in Australia, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. Louise also served as a diplomat in Australian missions in New Delhi and Kuala Lumpur. Before joining ADB, Louise held leadership roles on workplace gender equality policy in Australia – serving as the CEO of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency and then the Office for Women, in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Margaret Arnold is the Global Lead on the Social Dimensions of Climate Change and a Senior Social Development Specialist with the World Bank. Margaret has been with the World Bank since 1995, and currently leads work on social resilience, inclusive approaches to climate and disaster risk management, citizen engagement in climate change decision making, and locally-led climate action.

Masters in engineering management, project management. He is social worker and civil engineer by profession. 

Dr. Romny OM currently serves as the Secretary of State, MOEYS, and a honorary director of ITC. Got “Ingénieur’s degree” in 1988, M.Eng in EEE in 1996 and Dr.Eng in 2002 from Japan. He learned French at Paulvalérie University (Fr), Japanese at Hokkaido University, and got trained in technology transfer in Telecom, Digital signal processing from French university, joining projects design in Belgium, joining course an Education for Development and Competitiveness by WBI-BKK, and attending courses on Leading and Implementing Development Reform by WB, EU, AUS-Aid at École Royal Admin, CBD.

Rajat Gosain has over 24 years of professional experience in the field of planning and monitoring of infrastructure projects. He is presently working as Group General Manager/Planning & Chief Risk Officer in National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), India, and looking after project planning & monitoring, overall programme management, risk & compliance, along with additional charge of Strategic Planning function. He specialises in construction project management and digitalisation of processes in various organisations in India and abroad.
