Maria Clara Ignacio

Ms. Ignacio is the Center Chief of TESDA Women's Center (TWC), one of TESDA’s Technology Institutions where she has been serving for the last 20 years. She is concurrently the Administrator of TESDA’s National Language Skills Institute since 2010. Ms. Ignacio is a certified member of the National Gender and Development (GAD) Resource Pool of the Philippine Commission on Women since September 2014. She holds Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and Master of Science in Food Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

Naimah Binti Md. Khalil

Naimah is the Director of Polytechnic Sultan Azlan Shah (PSAS), Malaysia since August 2018. Previously, she was the Head of the Civil Engineering Department and Principal of Kuala Selangor Technical School. Her involvement in TVET spans over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor in Architecture and Environmental Design (Hons) from the University of Nottingham, Masters of Education in Vocational Education and Training from the University of London, and a doctoral degree from the National University of Malaysia.

Shannon May

Ms. May is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Bridge International. As an award-winning teacher at primary and tertiary levels, Ms. May is focused on ensuring that Bridge supports teachers, empowers school leaders, and ensures every child has the learning support needed to master the national syllabus and have the confidence to succeed in a competitive world. Ms.

Linda Cai

Ms. Cai is the co-founder/CMO of Phantom Whale VR (virtual reality), a leader of VR education in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) specialized in K-12 education, professional trainings as well as distance education in immersive VR/AR/MR (virtual reality/augmented reality/mixed reality) settings, a national high-tech company with different subsidiaries around PRC and the United States; and with many awards including Best VR Education Platform and Top VR Education Start-up. Cai is also the founder of AR Virtual Dressing in Silicon Valley, USA.

Srinivas Reddy

Mr. Reddy is Chief of Skills and Employability Branch at ILO Geneva since January 2018. Prior to this, he was Country Director of the ILO Office in Bangladesh, 2013- 2017. Mr. Reddy has previously been a senior advisor on TVET and Skills Development Specialist and has worked in ILO field offices in India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. His professional career in industrial relations, skills development, and general management spans over 30 years.
