She is concurrently the Administrator of TESDA’s National Language Skills Institute since 2010. Ms. Ignacio is a certified member of the National Gender and Development (GAD) Resource Pool of the Philippine Commission on Women since September 2014. She holds Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and Master of Science in Food Science from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
