Ms. Cai is the co-founder/CMO of Phantom Whale VR (virtual reality), a leader of VR education in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) specialized in K-12 education, professional trainings as well as distance education in immersive VR/AR/MR (virtual reality/augmented reality/mixed reality) settings, a national high-tech company with different subsidiaries around PRC and the United States; and with many awards including Best VR Education Platform and Top VR Education Start-up. Cai is also the founder of AR Virtual Dressing in Silicon Valley, USA. She has master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University, USA.
