Konstantin Matthies

Konstantin heads the New Seller Recruiting Lead Management for Amazon Marketplace Japan. He is an experienced consultant with AlphaBeta based in Singapore. He is also a trained microeconomist and economic theorist with deep experience in economic modelling, analysis, and quantitative methods.

He demonstrated history of working on topics in the tech, digital economy, sustainability, smart cities, trade, and education, with particular focus on ASEAN and global emerging markets. Holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Wilima Wadhwa

Wadhwa is the Director of the ASER Centre. She has been associated with ASER since its inception in 2005 and is the architect of the ASER survey and other primary research studies currently being undertaken by ASER Centre. Wadhwa earned her undergraduate degree, with Honors in Economics from Delhi University, MA degrees in Economics from Delhi University and University of California, and her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California.

Satish Kumar

Satish is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Snapwiz, Inc., an online EdTech company based in San Francisco. He co-founded Snapwiz in 2011 to make teaching easier and scalable for educators. Today, Snapwiz’s learning and assessment solution is adopted by 12,000 K-12 schools, 800 colleges/universities and several corporates worldwide. Snapwiz learning technologies are used by some of the largest publishers such as WILEY and McGraw-Hill. Edulastic, the K-12 assessment solution, is adaptive, engaging and interactive, loved by teachers and administrators alike.

Gabriel Demombynes

Gabriel is the World Bank’s Program Leader for Human Development for Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand while based in Manila. Previously, he was Senior Economist for poverty and equity issues in Vietnam. He also held posts working on Latin America and the Caribbean while based in Washington, D.C. and on Kenya and South Sudan while based in Nairobi. His work has been published in academic journals, and cited in the Financial Times, the Washington Post, and Economist magazine.

KyungSuk Chang

Ms. Chang is currently the Director of International Cooperation Department of Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation (KICE) which she joined in 2002. Previously, she did a stint as a researcher at Centre of Educational Research and Innovation, OECD in Paris and worked as a consultant for various projects by UNESCO, Bangkok. She is currently active in global educational development projects in Asian countries including Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Mongolia.

Eleanor Rosa Pinugu

Eleanor Rosa Pinugu or Lynn is the co-founder and executive director of Mano Amiga Philippines. Her vision for the country is for all children to have access to quality education, no matter what their socio-economic background is. More than just an affordable high quality school for low-income communities, Mano Amiga serves as a development center providing the students and their families with sustainable livelihood, basic health services, and other necessary support to help them build a better life.

Liu Yufeng

Ms. Liu is the Director and Research Professor in Division of International Cooperation and Comparative Education Research of the Central Institute for Vocational and Technical Education, Ministry of Education, China. She is also the consultant expert of National Committee of UNESCO and China and member of Academic Committee of China Vocational Education Association, among others. Ms.

Devin Woods

Devin is the Program Manager for International Development Programs at Big Bad Boo Studios. He is responsible for the design and implementation of Big Bad Boo Studios’ international programming division. With over a decade of experience in philanthropy, international and community development, he has implemented multi-million-dollar educational development projects in collaboration with funders including USAID, the U.S. State Department and Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
