Eleanor Rosa Pinugu or Lynn is the co-founder and executive director of Mano Amiga Philippines. Her vision for the country is for all children to have access to quality education, no matter what their socio-economic background is. More than just an affordable high quality school for low-income communities, Mano Amiga serves as a development center providing the students and their families with sustainable livelihood, basic health services, and other necessary support to help them build a better life. Lynn is also the co-founder of She Talks Asia, a women-centered media platform focused on educating, inspiring, and empowering females all over the world. In 2011, she was heralded as a Global Shaper, and was chosen to represent the Philippines in the 2012 World Economic Forum Annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. Since then, she has received several awards for social entrepreneurship and education including The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) Award in 2013, Asian Social Enterprise Star in 2014, United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) Fellow in 2015, Asia Society's Asia 21 Young leaders in 2017, and Women of the Future SEA High Commendation for Social Entrepreneurship in 2019.
