Mr. Gersava is the founder and chief executive farmer of Bambuhay. A food scientist by profession and an agripreneur and ecopreneur by passion. He is a son of a farmer and a farmer himself from Sultan Kudarat Province and a multi-awarded social entrepreneur for his dedication in uplifting the lives of the farmers. He won the Entrepreneurship World Cup Philippines and will represent the country in the 2019 Entrepreneurship World Cup in Saudi Arabia together with 160 winners around the world.

Avner co-founded and leads engageSPARK. As the COO of the company, he oversees allengageSPARK operations, including product development, partnerships, customer service, HR, finance, and admin. Previously, Avner practiced law, first as a corporate litigator, then as a human rights lawyer. He led one of the largest and first insurance cases to come out of the 2008 credit crisis. He then spent several years in Uganda fighting for the rights of vulnerable and marginalized individuals.

Ms. Chang is currently the Director of International Cooperation Department of Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation (KICE) which she joined in 2002. Previously, she did a stint as a researcher at Centre of Educational Research and Innovation, OECD in Paris and worked as a consultant for various projects by UNESCO, Bangkok. She is currently active in global educational development projects in Asian countries including Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Mongolia.
