Dr. Chansaly Phommavong, Deputy Director of Planning and Finance at the Ministry of Health, Lao PDR, has over 20 years of experience in health systems, financing, and digital health. He has led national HMIS/DHIS2 implementation, Results-Based Financing, Health Equity Funds, and the National Digital Health Strategy (2023–2027). Holding an MD from Leningrad and a Master’s in Primary Health Care from Flinders University, he has advanced training in big data, AI, and ICT governance.

Professor Watts is the Director of the Centre for Sustainable Medicine, leading NUS’s efforts to accelerate the transition to net zero and resilient healthcare systems, across the world.

Senthil Kumar Subramani is a highly accomplished Procurement Senior Manager at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), where he currently leads procurement operations for the East Asia and Pacific multi-country office. With over 17 years of dedicated service to UNOPS, Senthil has gained extensive experience managing diverse projects and programmes across 10 different countries on four continents.
