After many years in corporate roles, Paul set up on his own in 2017 to focus on the two areas of work he has a real passion for – health PPPs and emerging markets.

Dhawal Jhamb

Dhawal Jhamb is a medical doctor and MBA with majors in Finance & Operations.
He has a total work experience of about 20 years with over 12 years in project finance and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Dhawal previously Dhawal leads IFC’s PPP Transaction Advisory Services in the health and education sectors for the East Asia and Pacific region. Prior to this, he has worked in private equity and for an outpatient surgery chain startup in India.

Alok Kumar is a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1993 batch (Uttar Pradesh cadre) with over 30 years of experience in governance, policy implementation, and institutional reforms. He is currently serving as the Principal Secretary, MSME & Export Promotion, Infrastructure & Industrial Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
