Chief, ODA Management Division, Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Health, Lao PDR Profile / Bio Mr. Pasoumphon Thammarongsad is a senior civil engineer and public sector professional with over 30 years of experience in health infrastructure development, planning, and project management in Lao PDR. He currently serves as Chief of the ODA Management Division at the Department of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Health, and as Deputy Project Director for several Asian Development Bank (ADB)–funded health projects, including the Improving the Quality of Health Care Project and the Greater Mekong Subregion Border Areas Health Project. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Civil Engineering. He has extensive experience leading planning, investment, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as large-scale health sector development programs, in collaboration with national and international partners.
