Jasper Tromp is an assistant professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. His work focuses on strengthening health systems in low- and middle-income countries, with particular attention to climate resilience, primary care, and cardiovascular disease. He works at the interface of epidemiology and health policy, supporting governments and development partners in translating evidence into investable health programmes. Jasper has contributed to projects across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, and regularly works with multilateral development banks and United Nations agencies on climate and health initiatives.
