Rajiv Rishyakaran (born 12 October 1981) is a Malaysian politician. He is a Special Officer to Minister Yeo Bee Yin, the Minister of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change as well as a board member of SEDA (Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia). He is deeply passionate about the Ministry’s aim to increases the renewable energy capacity in Malaysia (excluding large hydro) from 2% (2018) to 20% in the year 2025.

Peter Storey is a financing professional, specialized in developing countries and transition economies with significant expertise in renewable energy as well as other infrastructure sectors. He has held senior positions with major European banks and project developers and has over 20 years of experience of working on multi-disciplinary advisory and financing mandates and of structuring and developing projects. Peter is a Global Coordinator of the Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN).

Peter Lundberg is an energy engineer with more than twelve years of experience as Team Leader, Project Manager, Technical Manager, System Designer, and Project Planner. He has worked and lived in several countries such as Sweden, China, and Thailand. He has extensive experience in district heating, district cooling, energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand-side management (DSM), and sustainable urban development. Currently, Mr. Lundberg is the Head of Operations at the Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA) in Bangkok, Thailand.

Peter Leary's interests include the physics of rock-fluid interaction in the brittle-fracture crust. This interest began with earthquakes in California (while at Princeton and the University of Southern California), progressed with more accessible rock-fluid interaction data from the North Sea oil/gas province (University of Edinburgh), sharpened considerably working on geothermal flow processes (University of Auckland), and now finds practical application in pursuit of seismic images of flow structures for accurate geothermal production well siting (GeoFlowImaging.com).

Peerapat Vithayasrichareon leads the IEA analysis on the challenges and best practices in integrating renewables into the power system, covering technical, economic and institutional aspects. He leads grid integration analysis in many regions including China, India, Thailand, and ASEAN. Prior to the IEA, Peerapat was a senior consultant in an energy consulting firm in Australia that provides energy modeling services.

Paul Bertheau joined the Reiner Lemoine Institut (RLI) Off-Grid Systems team in 2012. He holds an international master’s degree in Global Change Management and is currently pursuing his PhD at the RLI. His research topic is “Transformation processes for realizing sustainable energy supply on the Philippines – an interdisciplinary analysis of success factors“. Paul’s research is dedicated to contributing to successful rural electrification in developing countries.

Pankaj Batra is considered as a thought leader in the power industry in India and South Asia, with more than 40 years of experience across several key positions. His expertise includes power sector reforms, policy, regulations, energy transition, sector efficiency, renewables, energy storage, electric vehicles, smart grid, demand forecasting, generation planning and grid management. He has dealt in all the aspects of the power sector, including the technical, legal, financial and commercial aspects.

Nicolas Leong is responsible for all sales and business development activities of Wärtsilä’s engine-based power plants, LNG-to-Power infrastructures, Renewables Hybrids, and Energy Storage Systems projects in the Southeast Asia market.

In Singapore, he was heading the team which secured the turnkey EPC contract to build the first utility-scale Energy Storage System (ESS) 2.4MW/2.4MWh project for EMA and SP Group in Singapore
