Kirsteen Mack

Kirsteen Mack is a Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), based in Nepal Resident Mission and covering the South Asia region. 

Prior to joining ADB in 2020, Kirsteen held key roles at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Her work spanned procurement operations, policy development, and project delivery. She also served as Procurement Manager for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, where she led procurement planning and execution for a major international sporting event. 

Soon Chan Hong

Mr. Soon Chan Hong is Senior Country Specialist, at Bangladesh Resident Mission (BRM), ADB. He leads, supports, and implements the Country Partnership Strategy (CPS) and ADB’s pipeline development for Bangladesh that aims to promote continuing strong development partnership between ADB and Bangladesh. As the Country Team Leader, he coordinates with central and local governments, nongovernment organizations, business communities, academia, and development partners.

James Garber

Mr. James Garber is a business and technology consultant with over thirty years' experience in project/programme formulation and management, knowledge management, business analysis, system/process design, risk management and internal controls reporting for clients in government, private industry and international organizations. His undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and he has an MBA in finance from the Wharton School. 

 

Despoina Kouria

Despoina Kouria is a Supplier Diversity and Sustainability analyst with Corporate Procurement at the World Bank Group (WBG), which she joined in 2020. She is part of the team that mainstreams sustainability considerations into over $1.7 Billion of annual purchases for the World Bank Group’s global offices and leads Corporate Procurement’s efforts in promoting and increasing the participation of women- and other diverse-owned businesses within WBG procurement processes and across its supply chain.
