Sanchita joined ADB in November 2018 and initially served as an Economist in the South Asia Regional Department. She was previously the Lead Researcher for Economic Affairs at the ASEAN Studies Centre of ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, Singapore. She was concurrently a Fellow of the Regional Economic Studies Program, coordinator of Singapore APEC Studies Centre, and a co-editor of Journal of Southeast Asian Economies (JSEAE), all housed under the same institute. 

Ms. Ong is a national of the Philippines. Ms. Ong has developed Thought Leadership materials on PPP and Privatization. She obtained her Master’s degree in Business Management from Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines and eared her Certificate in Finance from ESADE Business School, Spain; and Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, Quezon City.

Paul leads the In-tend approaches into new and existing markets, focusing on the provision of a class-leading e-procurement platform to its expanding global community of users, working with the entire user base from small private sector entities through national government users and into large nongovernment organisations with operations on multiple continents.

Mr. Simon K Y Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of the Logistics and Supply Chain Multi-Tech R&D Centre (LSCM), which was established in 2006 by the government and charged with the mission to research and develop relevant technical solutions to serve the logistics, construction and eCommerce industries in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region. Before joining the LSCM, Mr Wong held a number of technology development and management positions in Hong Kong and Taipei,China.

Dr. Sathaporn Opasanon is a Full-time Faculty Member at the Department of International Business, Logistics and Transport of Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University. 

He has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Transportation Logistics) from University of Maryland, USA. 

At ADB’s Office of Public-Private Partnerships, Alexander Jett helps manage the Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility, established to prepare PPP projects. He also supports transaction advisory services for South Commuter Railway in the Philippines. Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Jett worked at the World Bank’s PPP unit in Singapore and the Financial Solutions Unit in Washington DC. He managed the World Bank’s Private Participation in Infrastructure database and helped screen and structure transport and energy PPPs.
