Dennie Mamonto

Dennie Mamonto has been working with the ADB - Indonesia Resident Mission as an environmental safeguard officer since 2019. He is actively involved in developing project environmental safeguards documents for various ADB-funded project, including public infrastructure, energy, transport, flood management, education, urban sanitation, health, water resources management, and private sector development projects.

Tony Falkland

Tony has worked as a hydrologist and engineer specializing in water and sanitation projects, particularly on islands in the Pacific and Indian Ocean over the past 45 years.  Most of his work has been related to groundwater resources assessment and management of small coral sand and limestone islands in Kiribati, Tonga, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Nauru, and Maldives. 

He has also worked on water resources management projects involving surface water, rainwater, and desalination in other Pacific Islands countries.

Dr. Christina Padolina is the current City Administrator of Navotas City where she served as a former City Health Officer. She also worked as former Chief of Hospital in Navotas City Hospital. Prior to this, she was the Council Representative of the Asia & Oceania Federation of Obstetrics & Gynecology (AOFOG) Board. For years, she has held several positions from being President of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society, Congress President of Asia & Oceania Federation of Obstetrics & Gynecology (AOFOG) Congress, and Country Representative to AOFOG.

Pahurat Kongmuang Taisuwan

Since 1993, Dr. Pahurat Kongmuang Taisuwan worked for the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand, preparing and responding to emerging infectious diseases. Then in 2013, Dr. Pahurat moved to the Bureau of Risk Communication in the same department. Dr. Pahurat was encouraged and established many training, procedures, and guidelines regarding disease crisis risk communication, including the COVID-19 crisis. Nowadays, Dr. Pahurat is the director of the Secretariat Office of the Royal Development Projects Committee, Department of Disease Control. Dr.
