In his career, he aspires to take on secondary and primary care responsibilities, ensuring comprehensive support for diverse communities.

Alexo Esperato is a Senior Health Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Southeast Asia, and Pacific Region. Previously, he worked on health systems in Latin America, the Middle East, and India with the Gates Foundation, the World Bank, and the World Health Organization. Alexo obtained his PhD in health services (Johns Hopkins University) after training in economics (B.A) and public policy (Master’s Degree). He has co-authored several health systems studies, including a Lancet Report on Primary Health Care.
