Gajanan Devidas Sakhare is an accomplished leader in AI, Data Science, and startups, with over 20 years of experience in Digital Health, medtech, and Public Health. A recognized innovator and entrepreneur, Gajanan has built and exited two AI-first startups in the personal safety and education sectors and established an AI-driven diagnostic and disease management company focused on non-communicable diseases (NCDs). His expertise lies in designing, developing, and launching impactful solutions that address critical health challenges and create measurable social impact.

Dr. Suchita Markan is a Scientist and Mission Charge of the Medical Device and Diagnostics Mission Secretariat (MDMS) at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Gerard Servais is a Senior Health Specialist in Human and Social Development Division, Southeast Asia Department, Asian Development Bank.

Dr. Piya Hanvoravongchai is secretary general of the National Health Foundation in Bangkok, Thailand. Piya has been active in health policy and system research and health financing development in Thailand and regionally. He teaches health systems and health economics at Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Medicine. Before joining Chulalongkorn University, Piya was a Lecturer in Health Policy at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a research associate at Harvard University Global Equity Initiative.
