Ananya Chakraborty

Ananya Chakraborty, Ph.D., is a Senior Research Analyst with the Climate Resilience Practice program at the World Resources Institute (WRI), India. Her research focuses on gender, inclusion, and human development for addressing pressing issues of our times such as climate change, food security, and migration. Her current research looks at climate smart agriculture (CSA) from a gendered perspective to find collaborative solutions that can foster equity and inclusion of women farmers across developing countries to build resilience and adapt to the impacts of climate change on agriculture.

Livia Cruz da Costa

Livia works at WateAid Timor-Leste as Program Effectiveness and Advocacy Manager. She has several years of experience working at WaterAid, starting in 2014 as a Sanitation Officer.

In 2016 she moved up one level to Specialist for WASH and GEDSI and in 2018 she held a position as program manager. She has been working with several INGOs before WaterAid.

Harshita Rathi

Harshita Rathi is a Project Manager at Dalberg Advisor’s Mumbai office. Her work spans gender, education, employment, water and sanitation, anti-trafficking, and humanitarian assistance sectors. She led the ADB engagement with Dalberg which looked at how private financing can be catalyzed for water and sanitation in India through financial and non-financial instruments. Among her other water and sanitation engagements are working with a global charity to segment the water and sanitation value chains and mapping challenges financers face in serving small business operators.

Chhaya Jha

Ms. Jha’s field of specialization includes Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Training, Analysis and Mainstreaming, Conflict Analysis, Project Design, Evaluation, Assessment Studies, and Facilitation/Moderation. She has been responsible for the design and implementation of GESI mainstreaming processes in various organizations including UN agencies in Nepal, Maldives, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia, and for UK AID, WB and ADB-funded programs in Nepal.
