Anh Tuan Nguyen

Nguyen Anh Tuan holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in Climate change and development from Vietnam–Japan University (VJU), focusing his research on sustainable development, climate change mitigation/adaptation, net-zero and low-carbon transition. In charge of international cooperation activities at the Institute of Strategy, Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (2013-now), he is currently responsible for national strategies, planning, and public policies on sustainable development.

Rafaella Potestades

Rafaella Potestades is currently the Co-Executive Director for Programs of BAYI, Inc and National Co-Convener of the Philippine Anti-Discrimination Alliance of Youth Leaders (PANTAY). She is part of various gender-transformative programs focused on women's political participation and decision-making, economic empowerment, climate justice, and creative industries.

The ADB CEWG recognizes the need to highlight the human side of our commitment to a circular economy. In partnership with World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and Bayi Inc., this session showcased more of the social side of addressing plastic pollution and a call for inclusivity in our approaches while we push the boundaries toward innovative solutions.
