Theresa Niederle is a Principal Economist and Gender Expert at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. Theresa works and advises investment teams on the intersection between infrastructure and gender equality as well as economic inclusion, with a focus on Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe as well as Turkey. Previously to joining EBRD, she gained experience across the private and public sector, including in management consulting and as an advisor to governments in the area of sustainable private sector development.
