Theresa Niederle is a Principal Economist and Gender Expert at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. Theresa works and advises investment teams on the intersection between infrastructure and gender equality as well as economic inclusion, with a focus on Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe as well as Turkey. Previously to joining EBRD, she gained experience across the private and public sector, including in management consulting and as an advisor to governments in the area of sustainable private sector development.

Anne is responsible for integrating gender analysis and measures into investment projects and for strategic and operational initiatives to promote gender inclusive solutions in private sector financing.

Anne Kuriakose is Senior Social Development Specialist at the CIF, where she is responsible for mainstreaming gender across the CIF and its programs, through policy and technical assistance, analytical work, and capacity-building. Anne has over 20 years of experience in gender and social development with particular expertise in climate adaptation, rural development, and water resources.

Meeta works for Nepal Electricity Authority as its gender, equity and social inclusion focal.
