Keiko Koiso

Ms. Koiso is a Principal Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She provides procurement planning and implementation support to the ADB’s energy sector projects. Earlier, she was outposted to the ADB Indonesia resident mission, where she assisted government agencies in assessing and strengthening the public procurement system. Before joining ADB, she worked for the Japan International Cooperation System and provided procurement services to the grant projects under the official development assistance.    

Dharmesh Dawda

A proven track record of delivery, strong leadership, and global networking has enabled Mr. Dawda to achieve success at an international leading level in setting a strategic direction and guiding teams through organizational delivery goals. With experience in India and the Asia Pacific region, having gained core capabilities in the UK within the AMP water framework environments, Mr. Dawda has shown himself to be resourceful and adaptable in working at the local project level alongside managing engagement with senior company Presidents.

Nick Robins

Nick Robins has over 20 years of experience in the policy, research, and financial dimensions of sustainable development. He is a Professor in Practice–Sustainable Finance at the Grantham Research Institute at The London School of Economics and Political Science. He was Co-Director of the UNEP Inquiry into the Design of a Sustainable Financial System from 2014 to 2018.

Hyun Song Shin

Hyun Song Shin took up the position of Economic Adviser and Head of Research at the BIS on 1 May 2014. Before joining the BIS, Mr Shin was the Hughes-Rogers Professor of Economics at Princeton University. In 2010, on leave from Princeton, he served as Senior Adviser to the Korean president, taking a leading role in formulating financial stability policy in Korea and developing the agenda for the G20 during Korea's presidency. From 2000 to 2005, he was Professor of Finance at the London School of Economics.
