Mr. Shiva Kumar Adhikary is the Director of the Human Resource Department at the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), where he brings over 20 years of experience in public utility management and workforce development. He has been instrumental in shaping NEA’s human resource strategy, with key leadership roles in HR planning, recruitment, policy and legal framework development, and organizational restructuring.

Mr. Tara P. Pradhan, is Deputy Managing Director (DMD) in Nepal Electricity Authority(NEA) which is a public electric utility responsible for generation, transmission and distribution of electric power in Nepal.

Peter Baum is a Senior Energy Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, where he works in the Emerging Areas Team focused on advanced technologies (including smart grid applications, EV grid integration and floating solar PV) and cross-sectoral energy solutions. Prior to ADB, Peter worked on modelling power markets and systems with Aurora Energy Research, advising investors and lending banks on major renewable energy projects (M&A, project finance, PPAs) across Europe and on energy and infrastructure projects with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
