Dr. Ly Thien Trang has been working for Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance as Vice President in charge of quality assurance, international accreditation, international projects, professional development and academic development, strategic consultancy. Dr. Trang has been working in higher education for 25 years. 

Shabbir H. Gheewala is a full professor at the Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment, Thailand where he teaches Life Cycle Assessment and has led the Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment Lab for over 20 years.

Marong Phadoongsidhi is an assistant professor of Computer Engineering at the King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). He also holds a management position as an Assistant to the President for Management of Asset, Finance, and Information.

Dr. Sohel Rahman is a Professor of BUET. He has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. He is a Distinguished Member of ACM, Distinguished Contributor of IEEE CS and a Fellow of Bangladesh Academy of Sciences. He is a Distinguished Speaker of both ACM and IEEE CS.

Dr. Shang Gao is the APJ Regional Director for Amazon Web Services Skills to Jobs. Her team focuses on driving cloud and technology adoption in the education sector through education systems. She leads strategic dialogues and implement programs through governments in the region to build the future of cloud workforce and meet the industry demand. As the leading practitioner in cloud, AWS provides educational programs and platforms to help learners of all age gain skills and move forward on the path to employment. Dr. Gao is an Education Economist by training.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bundit Thipakorn has served more than 20 years as administrator and lecturer at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand. After his term as Deputy Secretary General for Higher Education Commission ended in 2017, he has actively involved in a policy-related projects and activities of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation and KMUTT.

Prof. Paulina Pannen has been working in educational technology, digital transformation, and quality development in higher education in Indonesia. She writes scholarly articles and speaks at various forums. She is now involved in ICE Institute in Universitas Terbuka to offer flexi-learning using unbundled online course involving 33 HEIs. 

Dr. Joe Hage is a digital transformation expert in public administration and education leading digital transformation projects for UNESCO, UNDP, UNICEF, ILO, UNRWA, and World Bank in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Asst. Prof. Supachai Vongbunyong, PhD, is a Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and lecturer at Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO), King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Bangkok, Thailand. He is a founder a Hospital Automation Research Center (HAC@FIBO) and a co-founder of Famme Works Co., Ltd and Innovation and Advanced Manufacturing Research Group. He received PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, Master and Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Rohan is the Director of Commercialization with responsibility for commercialization and startup programs at Curtin University.
