Professor Ha Wei is the Associate Dean for Teaching, International Cooperation and Executive Training and Associate Professor of Education Policy and Management at the Graduate School of Education, Peking University. He specializes in impact evaluation of education policies in China. He received his BA and MA from Peking University and his Ph.D. from Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to joining PKU, he served as policy specialist and senior policy specialist with UNDP and UNICEF in the US and in Africa for almost seven years.

Reynaldo is the President and CEO, Mapua University and is also the Chairman, National Referencing Committee for the Philippine Qualifications Framework. He is the former Chairman, Science & Technology Committee, UNESCO National Committee for the Philippines, and also former Director of the Philippine Fulbright Commission. He is the former Chairman, Engineering Sciences and Technology Division, National Academy of Science and Technology, and former President of the Association for Engineering Education in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Shaun Wellbourne-Wood has worked in international development for more than 20 years. He is currently the Dean (ASEAN) for Curtin University in Australia, although based permanently in Indonesia since 2013. Shaun is also a senior applied research specialist for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) contributing to the energy transition; research, development, and innovation; and higher education contexts.

Bui Thanh Hang has been working in the Ministry of Science and Technology for over 3 years in the field of startup and innovation ecosystem development and 10 years of experience in communication and public relation management for development organizations, including Winrock International, USAID, ARC and DAI Global and Open Innovation and Technopreneur Institute (OITI) as expert. She is leading in setting up the national innovative communication network – communication/media partners in Vietnam.
