ADB undertakes Business Opportunities Seminars (BOSs) for its members to improve the interest and ability of eligible suppliers to locate ADB business opportunities, prepare high-quality and responsive bids, and understand ADB’s procurement and anticorruption procedures. 

These activities benefit ADB-financed projects in its developing member countries by enhancing competition for contracts and partnerships, and promoting higher-quality market offers that deliver optimal value for money.

Dave dela Cuesta

Dave brings over 17 years of experience across more than 20 countries, specializing in identifying and analyzing international funding flows to build qualified sales pipelines, lead thought leadership initiatives, and generate new revenue and partnerships for clients of Development Finance International (DFI).

Patrick Walser

Patrick Walser is Director of Industrial Programs at Switzerland Global Enterprise, based in Zurich, Switzerland. He is a seasoned executive with a diploma in engineering and an MBA, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience across global markets in construction, building materials, and high-security sectors. He has held senior roles including Chief Executive Officer and President Director, Strategy and Business Development Director (ASEAN), Commercial Director (Asia), and Global Project and Change Manager.

Salome Vashakidze

Salome Vashakidze serves as Deputy Director for Financial Affairs at the United Water Supply Company of Georgia (UWSCG), a state-owned enterprise responsible for delivering water supply and sanitation services across urban areas of Georgia. In this role, she oversees financial management, budgeting, and investment-related functions that support large-scale infrastructure projects aimed at improving water and wastewater systems nationwide. She is also involved in procurement and engagement with international partners and contractors.

Alex Harvey

Alex has over 14 years of experience leading climate development across a range of sectors and contexts, with a focus on supporting clients and partners to integrate climate into sector projects and to design and lead climate-specific programs and technical assistance. Alex is regional climate focal point for the eleven countries in ADB's Central and West Asia department. Before joining ADB, Alex worked for the UK Government in the Caribbean, southern Africa, and, most recently, Bangladesh, and as a technical consultant.

Nino Edilashvili

Nino Edilashvili is an Associate Education Officer at the Asian Development Bank, where she supports education sector operations with a focus on skills development and policy reform. She coordinates the Modern Skills for Better Jobs TVET project in Georgia, working closely with government counterparts on institutional restructuring, sustainability planning, and implementation oversight.

Massimo Petrone

Mr. Massimo Petrone is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in water and urban project development (project investigation, appraisal, planning, feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement, and project management). Massimo is currently employed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as Principal Urban Development Specialist in Sector Group 2 Water and Urban Development division. He is currently outposted in Uzbekistan Resident Mission responsible and acting as a focal person for the Water Urban Sector in the country.

Seung Min Lee

Mr. Lee joined ADB as a financial sector specialist in 2011 and worked in the Office of Regional Economic Integration (OREI). He was a team leader for multiple projects under the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) +3 (Japan, People’s Republic of China, and Republic of Korea) Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI), including the Lao-Thai cross-border bond issuance project, and supported ADB’s Financial Sector Operational Plan development.
