Massimo Petrone

Mr. Massimo Petrone is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in water and urban project development (project investigation, appraisal, planning, feasibility studies, engineering design, procurement, and project management). Massimo is currently employed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as Principal Urban Development Specialist in Sector Group 2 Water and Urban Development division. He is currently outposted in Uzbekistan Resident Mission responsible and acting as a focal person for the Water Urban Sector in the country.

Lopeti Tufui

Lopeti Tufui is the principal hydrogeologist with the Tonga Water Board (TWB). He also serves as the Laboratory Manager for the newly established TWB Water Quality Laboratory, where he oversees analytical operations, data quality assurance, and method development to support groundwater monitoring and treatment initiatives.

Ramona Sio

Ramona Taaipuleono Sio is an Asset Management Technician with the Samoa Water Authority. She has been working at the authority since early 2024. Ramona has supported the development of SWA’s asset management plans and business cases to strengthen SWA’s asset strategy. Beyond her technical work, she is passionate about community engagement and environmental sustainability. Ramona is committed to supporting a more resilient, efficient, and inclusive WASH sector for Samoa and the Pacific through effective asset management.
