Profile / Bio

Dave brings over 17 years of experience across more than 20 countries, specializing in identifying and analyzing international funding flows to build qualified sales pipelines, lead thought leadership initiatives, and generate new revenue and partnerships for clients of Development Finance International (DFI). With a strong commitment to public–private partnerships and bridging business with development, his work has supported a wide range of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including health, education, information technology, public financial management, water and wastewater, infrastructure, transport, climate change, and renewable energy. He has also delivered workshops on emerging market strategies, procurement, and PPPs, while leading the expansion of DFI’s network in Asia with key partners such as multilateral banks, UN agencies, bilateral donors, and government institutions. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from Royal Holloway, University of London.
