Alex Harvey

Alex has over 14 years of experience leading climate development across a range of sectors and contexts, with a focus on supporting clients and partners to integrate climate into sector projects and to design and lead climate-specific programs and technical assistance. Alex is regional climate focal point for the eleven countries in ADB's Central and West Asia department. Before joining ADB, Alex worked for the UK Government in the Caribbean, southern Africa, and, most recently, Bangladesh, and as a technical consultant. Alex is British, with a Master's in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London, and a Master's in Geography and Archaeology from Edinburgh University.
