Mohammed Zulyaminayn is a Principal Procurement Officer in ADB Bangladesh Resident Mission (BRM) who provides procurement support across all sectors, including large and complex procurement packages, and facilitates capacity development on procurement of goods, works, and consulting services under Bangladesh portfolio.

Mr. Humayun Kabir has over 18 years of project experience in the development sector including 12 years in transport sector, 13 years with international development organizations (ADB and JICA) as a Staff, and 5 years as consultant.

Mr. Bruce Gosper is the Vice-President for Administration and Corporate Management of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Mr. Gosper is responsible for the overall management of the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department; Corporate Services Department; Information Technology Department; Office of Safeguards; Office of the Secretary; and Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department. Mr. Gosper has 40 years of experience working with multilateral and regional institutions dealing with trade and economic policy and running large public sector organizations.
