Pradeep Srivastava was the Tajikistan Country Director for the Asian Development Bank. Prior to joining the ADB, Mr. Srivastava worked at Harvard University as a lecturer and associate in the Harvard Institute for International Development, following which he worked at the World Bank’s Africa Technical Department in Washington, DC. Subsequently, he was Chief Economist at the National Council of Applied Economic Research in Delhi. Mr. Srivastava’s operations experience covers several countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

He left his position in ADB in January 2021.

Haidy Ear-Dupuy heads the NGO and Civil Society Center, which facilitates institutional coordination and provides technical support to mainstream citizen participation and civil society engagement in ADB-supported activities. Before joining ADB, Haidy worked as Director of Policy, Advocacy, and Communications for World Vision Cambodia where she focused on child protection, combating child labor, addressing human trafficking, ensuring food security, and promoting good governance.

Mr. Kim has over 30 years of professional experience and academic research in the transport sector in Koreas and United Kingdom and has worked with public and private institutions on various transport and urban transport projects. He is currently working in ADB.

As Senior Urban Development Specialist, Joris van Etten is out-posted by ADB’s Southeast Asia Urban and Water Division to the ADB Indonesia Resident Mission. He oversees the processing and administration of all future and ongoing urban projects in Indonesia financed by ADB. Prior to moving to Indonesia, Joris was with ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department and coordinated ADB’s Smart Cities work, and helped draft ADB’s Livable Cities operational priority plan.
