Emily Beam is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Vermont. She previously worked as a visiting assistant professor at the National University of Singapore. She received her Ph.D., ec in economics and public policy from the University of Michigan in 2013 and her B.S. in economics, mathematics, and Spanish from the University of Michigan in 2006.

Becky Canoy has been working with ADB for 21 years now. She is currently working as a Finance Partnerships Analyst for ADB's Japan Funds Team under Sustainable Development and Climat Change Department. 

She graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific took office on 1 November 2018. Ms. Alisjahbana was a Professor of Economics at Universitas Padjadjaran and was Minister of National Development Planning and the Head of the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), Indonesia from 2009 to 2014.
