Alex, both a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer, is the Chairman Emeritus of PwC Philippines and served as Chairman and Senior Partner for eight years. He leads the firm’s Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) practice and continues to be a Tax Partner. He is the managing partner and co-founder of the law firm Cabrera & Company, a member firm of the PwC network.

Amar Bhattacharya is Senior Fellow at the Global Economy and Development Program at Brookings Institution.  His focus areas are the global economy, development finance, global governance, and the links between climate and development.

Dr. Indu Bhushan Chair i-LEAP & Distinguished Fellow, Pahle Foundation; Former CEO, National Health Authority, Government of India. 

Dr. Bhushan is a health economist with a Ph.D. in Health Economics and a Master of Health Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University, USA. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University (IIT BHU) and IIT Delhi, where he completed his B. Tech and Post Graduate Diploma, respectively. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). 

Moekti Handajani Soejachmoen (Kuki Soejachmoen) is currently the Executive Director of IRID and one of the Co-founders. She has been working on climate change since the early 1990s. Her first area in this issue was scientific and modeling, especially in relation to the energy-based sector. She then continued to work on climate policy analysis as well as international climate negotiation up to the present. During her time with Pelangi Indonesia, she was actively involved in the Climate Action Network (CAN) not only in Indonesia but also in CAN Southeast Asia and CAN International.
