Cesare Onestini

Cesare Onestini was appointed Director of the European Training Foundation by the ETF Governing Board on 22 May 2017, and confirmed by the European Parliament on 30 May 2017. He took up his post on 1 September 2017.
 
Mr Onestini combines a background in education and training policy with extensive experience in policy development and management at the highest level in the European Union.
 

Justin III Edward Modesto

Justin is the Deputy Secretariat Director of the TPD@Scale Coalition for the Global South at the Foundation for Information Technology Education and Development, Inc. (FIT-ED). He has been working in the education sector over the last decade, having worked with the Commission on Higher Education and the Asian Institute of Management, focusing on higher education research and extension.

Richard Qiu

Since joining Udemy in 2014, Mr. Qui has been driving and managing strategic partnerships between Udemy and organizations around the world. Ramhari Lamichane

Mr. Lamichhane is the Director General of Colombo Plan Staff College. He is also currently the President of Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC), in June 2016. A certified project assessor, strategic planner, experienced project manager, TVET Institution Quality Assessor, TVET Expert, and a seasoned manager, he has authored books including Access of Disadvantaged Group in TVET: A case of Nepal and a training manual on Greening TVET.

Cecilia Lewis

Ms. Lewis is the Director for Operations at 51Talk, Philippines. She is a language education industry expert who has recruited, trained, and worked with over 30,000 English teachers to offer top quality education to everyone around the world. She has worked for the last 16 years to open the worlds of young children through language. She is a trained and certified English language teacher, teacher trainer and curriculum developer with a diploma in English Language Teaching from Trinity College London.

Shannon May

Linda Cai

Ms. Cai is the co-founder/CMO of Phantom Whale VR (virtual reality), a leader of VR education in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) specialized in K-12 education, professional trainings as well as distance education in immersive VR/AR/MR (virtual reality/augmented reality/mixed reality) settings, a national high-tech company with different subsidiaries around PRC and the United States; and with many awards including Best VR Education Platform and Top VR Education Start-up. Cai is also the founder of AR Virtual Dressing in Silicon Valley, USA.

Gayathri Vasudevan

Ms. Vasudevan is the co-founder and CEO of LabourNet, India. Between 1999 and 2007, Gayathri worked for the International Labour Organization (ILO). She co-founded LabourNet in 2006 with a vision to enable livelihoods and enhance quality of life through Education, Employability and Entrepreneurship. Srinivas Reddy

Mr. Reddy is Chief of Skills and Employability Branch at ILO Geneva since January 2018. Prior to this, he was Country Director of the ILO Office in Bangladesh, 2013- 2017. Mr. Reddy has previously been a senior advisor on TVET and Skills Development Specialist and has worked in ILO field offices in India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. His professional career in industrial relations, skills development, and general management spans over 30 years.

Michael Fung

As the Deputy Chief Executive (Industry), Chief Human Resource Officer, and Chief Data Officer at SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Mr. Fung is responsible for industry development of the continuing education and training landscape in Singapore, through managing policies, funding and contractual partnerships with private training providers, institutes of higher learning, and enterprises. He is also an adjunct Senior Fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design and was a Senior Advisor to the Office of the President at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
