Richard Qiu

Mr. Qiu is the SVP Global Business Development of Udemy, the largest global online marketplace for learning and teaching. Since joining Udemy in 2014, Mr. Qui has been driving and managing strategic partnerships between Udemy and organizations around the world. He recently launched Udemy for Government, working with a number of government agencies upskilling civil servants and government workforce. He is responsible for the company’s initiatives to expand into new international markets. Mr. Qui previously held leadership roles at several technology companies in Silicon Valley and was a management consultant at McKinsey. He earned an MBA from University of Chicago, a PhD in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a BS from Zhejiang University.
