Johnathon Sheets

Dr. Sheets is an environmental engineer with experience that includes wastewater collection, treatment, and reuse; solids processing; biogas upgrading; and energy analysis. Dr. Sheets' holistic approach to projects and academic research led to a leadership role in CDM Smith's wastewater surveillance initiative. He is technical lead on several wastewater surveillance projects in the U.S. and Middle East, and has been instrumental in the development of a dashboard to analyze viral data in wastewater.

Isabel Blackett

Isabel’s interests are in increasing equity and working with the Government to develop at-scale poor-inclusive urban sanitation services. She has recently worked on assignments in Asia with World Bank, ADB, BMGF, WaterAid, GIZ, and others. From 2005-2016 she worked for the World Bank’s Water and Sanitation Programme developing pro-poor urban sanitation in Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Pacific Island countries, and South Asia. Previously, she worked in Southern Africa and East Africa for UNICEF, DFID, KfW, DANIDA, consulting firms, and NGOs.

Roshan Shrestha

Dr. Roshan Shrestha is the Deputy Director, Global Growth and Opportunity Division, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WSH) team of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also led the Urban Sanitation Market Initiative of the WSH that deals with scaling City Wide Inclusive Sanitation and Non-sewered Sanitation globally through demonstration, capacity building, advocacy as well as mobilizing resources from development banks and development partners.

Mark Pascoe

Mark has worked for his more than 40-year career in the water industry, predominantly in Brisbane, Australia. He spent many years with Brisbane City Council, where his most recent position was as the Manager, Water and Sewerage. Other roles included the Manager, Water Treatment and Manager, Wastewater Treatment.

Suresh is responsible for Organica’s sales activity in the South East Asian market, including building and managing relationships with customers and executing a strategy for the market as a Senior Director – Sales ASEAN. Suresh joined Organica in 2013 bringing nearly 15 years of experience in the field of water and wastewater treatment primarily focusing on sales, marketing, and business development. Prior to Organica Suresh worked for an EPC company, which provides turnkey water and wastewater solutions in the ASEAN region.
