Joy Blessilda Sinay

Joy Blessilda Sinay joined the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in October 2023 and is a Capacity Building and Training Economist.

Joy’s areas of interest include macroeconomics, financial systems, sustainability, and digitalization.

Prior to joining ADBI, she was a Senior Officer at the ASEAN Secretariat, where she managed monitoring reports on financial integration and insurance and contributed to establishing the circular economy and carbon neutrality agendas in the economy pillar.

Charlyn Hibaya-Pendang

Ms. Charlyn Pendang has worked with various UN agencies. As HOCCI city coordinator, Ms. Pendang is in charge of supporting city governments and their local stakeholders to facilitate project activities such as planning workshops, technical charrettes, consultations and training, data gathering and validation, and meetings to ensure agile and demand-driven cooperation systems to demonstrate locally customized actions to reduce marine plastic litter and advance circular plastics economy.
