The ASEAN Australia Smart Cities Trust Fund's (AASCTF) Baguio Smart Flood Early Warning, Information, and Mitigation System pilot project aims to improve the city's flood early warning system, responses, and mitigation measures. The report answers key questions about the benefits and design approach of the Flood Early Warning System, the IT infrastructure requirements, institutional requirements, operation and maintenance, and testing and validation efforts.

The project is supported by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, managed by ADB, and implemented by Ramboll.
