Keli Yu

Mr. Keli Yu is the Secretary-General of China National Resources Recycling Association (CRRA). He is a senior engineer and has sound experience in solid waste management, e-waste recycling and management, plastics recycling, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) training, and capacity building for developing countries; import/export control of chemicals and waste, circular economy.

Ingo Walterscheid

Over more than 30 years Ingo Walterscheid gained experience from establishing, developing, and leading 30 companies as owner, co-owner, CEO, and in other leading positions. 

With his sense of innovation and investment Ingo Walterscheid has contributed to innovation on a cross-sector level within different industries like the Internet, telecommunication, construction, healthcare, food, agriculture, plastics, renewable energy, and consulting services. 

Kanchana Wanichkorn

Kanchana Wanichkorn has joined the Office of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO) as a Vice President. She has led a team of researchers and analysts to formulate the first national policy framework for higher education, science, research, and innovation, endorsed by the Policy Council and the Cabinet in August 2019. She is currently working on a number of policy initiatives including R&D strategy in frontier technologies, STI strategy for bio-circular-green economy, research & innovation strategy for AI economy.

Mani Kishore Vajipeyajula

Mani Vajipey is the Co-Founder and CEO of Banyan Nation, a technology-driven recycling company. Banyan’s clients and partners include Unilever, Reckitt, L’Oreal, Tata Motors, Shell, and other multi-national companies. Banyan’s recycled plastic for mainstream product manufacturing such as shampoo bottles, lotion bottles etc. Prior to Banyan, Mani was with Qualcomm Inc., in California working on mobile technologies for Apple iPad and iPhone product lines.

Mahesh Pradhan

Mr. Mahesh Pradhan, COBSEA Coordinator a.i., has over 25 years of experience with UNEP. In September 2021, he facilitated the first part of COBSEA’s 25th Intergovernmental Meeting (IGM 25.1) which approved COBSEA’s Biennial Programme of Work for 2021‐2022, the COBSEA Regional Action Plan on Marine Litter (RAP MALI), and other key documents.

Nieva Natural

Director Natural joined government right after graduation and has been a public servant ever since. She joined the government as a way of giving back to the people, to whom she owes her education, having attended public schools from elementary until postgraduate level. Her keen interest in science paved the way for her moving to the Manila Science High School after completing her elementary education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of the Philippines Manila.

Pratibha is the Chief Sustainability officer of Lucro Plastecycle, an Indian waste collector, recycler and product manufacturer that is a pioneer in developing post-consumer recyclate products, to achieve Circular Economy for plastics in India. She is a seasoned Marketing professional and sustainability advocate.  She has extensive experience in the Food and Beverage/Agriculture companies that were on a mission to make agriculture better for people and for the planet; by building sustainable livelihoods for farmers & communities.

Bintang Ekananda

Bintang Ekananda is an environmental engineer and circular economy advocate. As the co-founder and CEO of Alner, a startup specializing in returnable and refillable packaging for daily necessities, he leads efforts to eliminate waste. Bintang holds a master’s degree in Energy & Environment from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. Additionally, he serves as an assistant professor in the Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong, West Papua, Indonesia.
