Climate change and environmental challenges can pose risks to human security and peace. As climate and environmental stressors become more pronounced, peace and security risks can also increase, based on context factors that shape vulnerability and resilience. In this session, the CCFE and adelphi talked about the dynamics of climate - environment security risk, and how we can build resilience.

The session aimed to deepen understanding of the critical role of agroecological landscape restoration in enhancing climate resilience, food security, and sustainable livelihoods in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Bangladesh.

This year’s program covered six major topics: low-carbon transition, carbon pricing and carbon finance, climate and disaster resilience, climate finance, disaster and emergency assistance, and Paris Agreement alignment.
