Anne Kuriakose

Anne Kuriakose is Senior Social Development Specialist at the CIF, where she is responsible for mainstreaming gender across the CIF and its programs, through policy and technical assistance, analytical work, and capacity-building. Anne has over 20 years of experience in gender and social development with particular expertise in climate adaptation, rural development, and water resources.

Desiree Zhou

Desiree Zhou is an Investment Specialist in ADB’s Private Sector Operations Department. She joined ADB in January 2018 and has since worked extensively with privately-held and state-sponsored companies to promote renewable energy development in East Asia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Prior to ADB, she had worked in investment banking for six years in London. A British national, she holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sherwin Pu

Sherwin Pu is currently the Head of Business Development Team within ADB's PSOD, which includes ADB Ventures Facility. He has 20+ years in investment banking, private equity, structured financing; and led dozens of landmark debt/equity finances covering a wide range of sectors - renewable energy, sustainable transportation, environmental protection, healthcare, modern agriculture and logistics. Having served in ADB for more than 15 years, his professional experience is pan-Asia Pacific.

Mi-young Kim

Mi-young Kim began her career as a government official in Jeju Province in 1990. She worked on various areas, including information technology, energy, and smart grid. She transferred to the Low-carbon Policy Division in August 2020. She is the representative for facilitating policies for carbon-free island Jeju 2030; installing green mobility infrastructure, establishing hydrogen energy economy; and accelerating the shift to renewable energy.
